How do I enable the keyboard?
Go to Settings > General > Keyboard > Keyboards > Add New Keyboard > Pingcharm. Then tap Pingcharm and enable "Allow Full Access."

How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Settings > tap your name > Subscriptions > Pingcharm > Cancel Subscription.

Is my data private?
When you ask for replies, Pingcharm sends your screenshot or conversation text to its servers and an AI provider. Pingcharm does not keep a server-side history. See our Privacy Policy for other data we collect and share.
