By downloading or using Pingcharm, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
Pingcharm generates suggested text replies based on conversation screenshots and on-screen content. The generated content is a suggestion only. You are solely responsible for what you choose to send in your conversations.
Pingcharm requires an active subscription to use. Subscriptions are available on a weekly ($5.99/week) or yearly ($49.99/year) basis. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device.
You agree not to use Pingcharm for harassment, spam, impersonation, or any activity that violates the law. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Pingcharm generates text suggestions. We make no guarantees about the quality, appropriateness, or effectiveness of generated replies. Use your own judgment before sending any message.
Pingcharm and its design, code, and branding are owned by Pingcharm. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without permission.
Pingcharm is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to outcomes of conversations where generated replies were used.
We may update these terms. Continued use of Pingcharm after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
